Overview

Finding the right mortgage for you is our business. We know which lenders have the best rates and we negotiate with multiple lenders at one time. What's more, we know the system and have the industry knowledge required to present a proposal for financing to lenders to successfully obtain mortgage financing, and we do all the paperwork. Plus, CENTUM Mortgage Professionals are compensated by the lenders, and in most cases, we offer our services free of charge to our clients.

Dave Sohal is the founder and Principal Broker of Centum SRF Financial Inc. Dave is responsible for the overall strategy of the firm, with a focus on private lending. Dave has over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate financing, sales, development, and management. Over the course of his career, Dave has been involved in over $4 billion of real estate transactions as a broker, lender, or investor across North America. Prior to establishing Centum SRF Financial in 2005, Dave founded, and continues to operate, Bridgecan Realty Corp., a real estate brokerage firm. By overseeing a mortgage and real estate brokerage, Dave is able to provide his clients a full-service real estate solution. Dave uses his experience as a broker and investor to help clients strategize and achieve their real estate goals. A serial entrepreneur, Dave enjoys evaluating and investing in various businesses and operators, having invested in the agriculture, food & beverage, and live concert entertainment industries.
